Continental’s Burkhard Wies has “a new job”

After more than 25 years with Continental, Prof. Dr. Burkhard Wies has, in his own words, taken on “a new job”. He is still in the service of the same tyre manufacturer, but was appointed to the position of Vice President Innovation & Applied Research effective the beginning of the year.

Prior to his latest appoint, Prof. Dr. Wies held the position of Vice President Tire Line Development within Continental for more than 20 years and was responsible for passenger car tyre development worldwide in the company.
