Bush Tyres launches new website
Over a year in the making, Bush Tyres has launched phase one of its brand-new website and tyre search. According to the company, the new site represents “huge investment in the company’s future”.
The new website features a revised tyre search which intends to make searching for tyres online easier, whether you are experienced in buying tyres or not, aiming to make sure you can buy tyres online from anywhere in the UK, on any device. Designed with customers in mind, the new website provides a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and find the correct tyre for your vehicle.
“Our previous site had served us incredibly well over the years, moving us forward within the industry and allowing us to build upon our retail presence. As the business and team have grown, it was time to update the website to allow us to continue to move forward, make sure it is accessible to as many people as possible and to give ourselves greater flexibility to edit the website inhouse. We have been working with a great team from Laser Red, who have learnt a lot about tyres over the last 18 months, we look forward to our continued partnership.” Ben Bush, Director at BA Bush & Son Ltd commented.
As well as buying new tyres, users are able to schedule a service appointment, or get help with a tyre-related question, users can do it all from the palm of their hand.
Since 65 per cent of Bush Tyres’ existing website users visit via mobile phone, the new site is responsive to all devices. Bush worked with web developers to make sure each page was designed for mobile as well as desktop.
“We’re delighted to have partnered with Bush Tyres on the development of their new website. This collaboration represents a significant investment in the company’s future, and we’re proud to have played a role in bringing their vision to life, and we look forward to continuing to support them in their digital journey.” Liam O’Leary, Laser Red, added.
The new site functionality includes the integration of both website and existing internal systems, allowing for quick updates of stock and availability which will help to decrease the BA Bush team’s workload by reducing manual intervention and other time-consuming tasks involved with keeping track of stock and orders.
The next year will see the team at Bush continue to work on the website making the search more intuitive and functional for both customers and branch staff as part of phase two.
