NeroForce expands ‘AIR’ buffing blade range
NeroForce has expanded its range of buffing blades to a total of 20 different types with the introduction of the new “AIR” blades for Saturn III and R115 rasp heads. Over the past four years, NeroForce has established its position in retreading tools, especially in the buffing blade sector.
In that short time, NeroForce reports that it has become “a renowned buffing blade manufacturer”, with many leading retreading companies relying on NeroForce’s “high-quality and innovative High Carbon Steel buffing blades”.
The new AIR blades are equipped with additional cooling openings below the cutting teeth, which not only provide a cooling air flow but also create air turbulence that keeps the working area free from buffing dust. This prevents unnecessary heating of the tyre’s working surface and enables faster, more efficient and more precise work.
“Our goal is to achieve a leading position in the market for buffing blades”, said Andreas Müller, CEO of NeroForce, concluding: “With the introduction of the new AIR blades, we have taken another important step in this direction.”
All buffing blades are available for immediate delivery from the company’s warehouse in Germany.
