Mintex expands brake disc and pad ranges
TMD Friction UK has introduced six new brake pads and three new brake discs to its Mintex product portfolio. The six new brake pads cover many popular passenger car and light commercial vehicle makes and models. New parts include pad MDB3389, fitting BMW 2 Coupe, 3 Series, 4 Coupe and Convertible, Z4 Roadster and Toyota Supra (all 2018-) cars.
Further introductions include brake pad part MDB3477, for Honda Jazz V (2020), and new part MDB3498 fits Tesla Model S and Model X (2013-) cars.
Additional new-to-range brake pads include MDB3470, fitting a wide range of vehicles including Audi A3 models, Cupra Formentor and Seat Leon, Ford Tourneo Connect, Skoda Octavia, plus Volkswagen Caddy and Golf vehicles (all 2019-).
Part MDB4312 provides a high-end brake pad for Mercedes-Benz Viano and Mixto vans and Vito bus models (2003-), while MDB3492 fits Hyundai Tuscon and KIA Sportage (2020-) cars.
Mintex has also added three high-end brake discs to its range, including MDC3036C for Honda Jazz V (2020-), MDC3040C for Hyundai Tucson and Sonata X plus KIA Sportage (2020-) cars, and MDC3159C for MG ZS and ZS SUVs, as well as RX3 (2017-) models.
The new references are accessible via the brand’s online catalogue Brakebook, by entering the Mintex part number. The expert search function also allows searching by product criteria such as width, height, thickness, drum diameter and many other criteria, making the identification of brake parts as easy as possible.
All new references have also been added to TecDoc and MAM cataloguing systems.
