Goodyear honours UK partner with TruckForce Award

Birmingham Motor Tyres Ltd (BMTR) is one of four Goodyear TruckForce partners to be awarded for the final quarter of 2022. It joins partners from Germany, Italy and Serbia who have “gone the extra mile” for customers and “demonstrated exceptional customer service.”

Partners eligible for a TruckForce Award are those who demonstrate “excellent customer and client support while successfully utilising Goodyear’s ecosystem of TruckForce including Goodyear applications such as eJob to enhance their efficiency.” Announcing BMTR as one of its latest TruckForce Award recipients, Goodyear states that the business has a “a strong reputation for its customer service and friendly staff.” It adds that BMTR “delivers all ServiceLine24 jobs to a high quality and promotes Goodyear products and solutions locally.”

Other TruckForce Awardees

Goodyear also awarded Reifenhaus Wesselmann, Michele Dibenedetto and Gaz Plus in the final quarter of 2022.

Reifenhaus Wesselmann is based in Germany and has “operated at an impressive level for more than ten years,” achieving a 100 per cent performance rate each year, making the business “one of the most successful service partners.”

Michele Dibenedetto is an Italian TruckForce partner that has “committed to collaborating with Goodyear to bring its products and services to its local customers.” Due to its heavy investment, it was the first service partner in Italy to be equipped with Goodyear CheckPoint.

Gaz Plus is a Serbian family-owned business that has worked with Goodyear for over 15 years. It is characterised by its “professional and determined approach to servicing customers, particularly when promoting Goodyear products.” It works with a variety of fleets and applications ranging from regional, international transport and construction.
