Wang Feng resigns as general manager of Aeolus
On 19 January 2023, Aeolus stated that Wang Feng resigned from the role of general manager due to work needs. However, while he has left that position, Wang Feng remains chairman of Aeolus. On 5 December 2022, Wang Feng was appointed as the chairman of China National Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. (CNRC), the controlling shareholder of Aeolus.
Within the board of directors of Aeolus, Wang Jianjun became the new general manager. Meanwhile, Wang Jianjun also entered the board of directors of Aeolus and served as a strategy committee member. According to the data, he directly or indirectly holds 131,470 shares of Aeolus.
The resume given by Aeolus shows that Wang Jianjun once served as a leader in the production department, human resources department and safety and environmental protection department of the tyre manufacturer. Before becoming the general manager, he was a senior manager of Aeolus and the deputy general manager of the Jiaozuo branch.
Aeolus has adjusted the positions of several managers. Jiao Chonggao and Zhang Xiaoxin left the board of directors of Aeolus due to job changes. Yang Hanjian and Wang Jianjun, who became the general manager, became the new directors of the tyre company’s board of directors. Zhang Linlin replaced Liu Xinjun as secretary of the board of directors of Aeolus. In addition, Zhao Jianyong, general manager of Aeolus (Taiyuan), has retired, but Aeolus did not disclose the name of his successor.
