Michelin appoints Giuliani as VP Corporate Sales & Distribution Europe

On 4 January Marco Giuliani physically rejoined Michelin Headquarters in Clermont-Ferrand after a number of years to take on the role of vice president corporate Sales and Distribution Europe.

Prior to his move to Clermont-Ferrand, Giuliani was Commercial Director of Michelin Italiana S.p.A in Milan, Italy. The news Matteo De Tomasi had been the new Commercial Director of Michelin Italiana S.p.A., for Italy and Malta back in November 2022 brought with it the implications that Marco Giuliani, who had held the role since the beginning of 2018 had become vice president of European Sales and Distribution, for the geographical area of Southern Europe in October 2022.

Matteo De Tomasi graduated in economics from the University of Parma and holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School in London. He joined Michelin in early 2020 as Global Account Manager for the Truck and Bus business line, he previously gained experience abroad between Switzerland, France and Great Britain, holding marketing and sales roles for important companies such as Hexagon, Armstrong World Industries and Hilti Great Britain.
