BKT launches Ridemax FL 615 flotation tyre for agricultural trailers, tank trucks, spreaders

BKT has developed a new radial flotation tyre for various agricultural applications. Built to help trailers, tank trucks and spreaders reduce soil compaction, the BKT Ridemax FL 615 can handle the versatile on and off-road demands of farmers, increasing traction while helping to promote farming efficiency and sustainability.

The Ridemax FL 615 has a steel-belted structure that provides high puncture resistance along with increased durability and high load capacity. The rounded shoulder and large footprint area ensure reduced soil compaction making the tyre particularly suitable for operations on grassland. In addition, low rolling resistance and top self-cleaning properties round up its distinguishing features making the tyre particularly suitable for transport applications with heavy loads and weights. To sum up its new product, BKT says the Ridemax FL 615 can cope with the increasing distance between plots and protect the soil at the same time.

BKT says its latest product demonstrates the Indian multinational’s ability to “enrich and update” its extensive product range with new tyre developments that are efficient and tailored for the versatile demands of agricultural operators.

The Ridemax FL 615 is presently available in size 800/65 R 32.
