ATS Euromaster is Netcall’s App of the Year Award 2022 winner
Nationwide tyre retail, service and maintenance provider ATS Euromaster has won the 2022 Netcall App of the Year award.
Netcall’s annual App of the Year awards ceremony, held this year on 30 November, highlights the best apps created by its customers in Liberty Create, their low-code platform. The awards were judged not only on the technical aspect and build but the value added to customer experience.
Working with Velocity IT, ATS Euromaster developed the winning app for their customer focussed ‘Electronic Credit Application Form’ (eCaf ).
The app is essentially the beginning of the customer journey for any new B2B customer wishing to open a credit account to trade on. Not only does it aid the B2B customer journey but supports back office functions, speeds up manual areas of intervention, and relieve the burden on sales, customer service and finance teams.
Matthew Froome, Marketing Manager, Retail and B2B at ATS Euromaster, said: “We are delighted to have won this award. It is a recognition of the strides we’ve gone through to innovate and improve functionality to digitally enhance our customer’s experience this year.
“eCAF was built in Liberty Create, using Liberty RPA to control flow, enhance processes and effectively manages the account opening process far more effectively. The main benefits added for the customer are ease of opening an account and the speed of doing so. The app has also realised savings in the tens of thousands as well as links all five internal business departments, and their separate systems, to offer a streamlined, cost-efficient solution for the business.”
“The app creation was a team effort with Joe Foster, David Robson and Daniel Hickman from ATSE, Hendry Simmons at Velocity and John Brett from Netcall also supporting me in the apps’ development. We are absolutely thrilled to have our hard work recognised.”
Netcall’s AI-powered robotic process automation, known as Liberty RPA, relieves people from mundane and cumbersome repetitive tasks and enables them to be more productive.
Richard Billington, Netcall’s Chief Technology Officer commented: “By using our RPA, ATS Euromaster’s eCAF app is able to provide huge time savings. With its comprehensive range of functionality, within a well-presented UI, service delivery teams can use efficient workflow tracking and automation to provide customers with a smooth user experience.”
