SIMA debut for Trelleborg HF1000

In addition to presenting its Adaptive Tire Management System (ATMS) at SIMA 2022, Trelleborg debuted its next generation implement tyre, the HF1000. Specially designed for increasing load capacity on large forage wagons and slurry tankers, Trelleborg HF1000 is the “perfect tyre with unrivalled efficiency for demanding applications.”

According to Trelleborg, a VF casing and steel belted structure ensures long durability and superior performance both in the field and on the road. It adds that even under maximum stress when a vehicle is fully loaded, the HF1000 tread pattern ensures up to a 12.5 per cent wider footprint compared to an unnamed premium competitor, ensuring efficient load distribution and maximum respect for the soil. Furthermore, Trelleborg reports that in wet off-road conditions, the HF1000 tread design includes an “outstanding self-cleaning feature, resulting in up to 40 per cent more for improved drivability, stability, and overall tyre performance versus a premium competitor.”
