JK Tyre expanding UK truck range

The flagship company of JK Organisation and one of the world’s 25 largest tyre manufacturers, JK Tyre has been spearheading technological developments and innovations since its inception. The company claims market leadership in India’s truck and bus radial segment and currently has capacities to produce 3.7 million TBR tyres per annum.

With the arrival of several new products in the UK of late, JK Tyre hopes to further strengthen the brand’s position in the truck segment. These newcomers include the Jetsteel JDH XM and Jetway JUC XM – both are available through GB Tyres, exclusive distributor of the JK Tyre brand in the UK.

The new generation all-position Jetway JUC-XM is available in size 295/80R22.5. GB Tyres says this product features even-wear characteristics and is specifically made to ensure a premium tyre life while also ensuring higher fuel efficiency, thereby lowering the cost of ownership for truck operators.

Thanks to its tread compound and deep tread depth, GB Tyres says the long-haul application Jetsteel JDH XM is a long-lasting product. JK Tyre adds that the use of its new ‘Jet-OCT’ technology results in a more durable casing and enhanced retreadability for this tyre.

Other products in the newly-introduced JK Tyre TBR range include Jetway JUH5, Jetsteel JDC, Jetsteel JDH5, Jetway JUL3, Jetway JTH1 and Jetway JUM.
