Guangrao government awards six tyre industry companies

On October 8, the Guangrao County Government announced a list of awards that included six tyre industry companies. The awards stem from the fact that this county’s tyre industry was set as one of the advanced cluster industries by Shandong Province in 2020. It is reported that some enterprises in Guangrao County engaged in tyre-related fields can obtain incentive funds.

The list includes six companies: Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co, Ltd, Shandong Jinyu Tire Co., Ltd., Dongying Fangxing Rubber Co., Ltd., Shandong Yongsheng Rubber Group Co., Ltd., Sailun (Dongying) Tire Co., Ltd., and Solprima Carbon Material Company.

Except for Solprima, the other five companies are well-known tyre manufacturers in Guangrao. The main product of Solprima is carbon black. Among the tyre companies, Sailun (Dongying) is a subsidiary of Sailun Group.

Huasheng Rubber

Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co, Ltd is engaged in tyre production. The company was established in 1995, occupying an area of 550,000 square meters, and has employed over 4500 staff. The company’s main manufacturing types of equipment are introduced from Japan, America, Germany and Italy, which possess the leading level in the world.

Jinyu Tire

Jinyu Tire is a subsidiary of Jinyu Tire Group. Jinyu Tire Group, founded in 1995, is an enterprise specialising in tyre development and manufacture. With total assets of over 5.5 billion yuan, Jinyu Tire Group has advanced tyre producing, developing and testing machines and professional techniques, management teams and complemented quality warranty systems and can produce 6 million pieces of all steel radial tyres every year.

Fangxing Rubber

Dongying Fangxing Rubber Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. The company covers an area of 1 million square meters and has total assets of more than 3 billion yuan. It is a tyre manufacturing enterprise integrating tyre research and development, production and sales, and international trade. The company’s scale has reached an annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets of all-steel radial truck tyres and 150,000 sets of engineering tyres. While satisfying the domestic market, the products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe, Africa, Australia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Yongsheng Rubber

Shandong Yongsheng Rubber Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986. The group has 6000 employees. It is a high-tech industrial group integrating research and development, production, sales and foreign trade of all steel radial tyres, semi-steel radial tyre and related supporting products. It has applied for more than 20 patents. Yongsheng, Jixiang and other brands of radial truck tyres, Lutailai, Yongsheng and other radial car tyres sell well in the medium and high-end tyre markets in China, the European Union, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa and other regions.
