Falken Azenis OE on sporty Yaris Cross

The Yaris Cross GR Sport, a tweaked version of Toyota’s small crossover, launched in Japan this month and rides on Falken Azenis FK510 SUV tyres as standard. Sumitomo Rubber Industries is supplying the tyre as original equipment in size 215/50R18 92V.

Gaining the Gazoo Racing touch, the Toyota Yaris Cross GR Sport sits 10mm lower than its conventional sibling and has enhanced underbody bracing to help improve steering and stability, and reduce body roll. Tuned suspension improves the crossover’s handling. The front-wheel drive car is powered by a 1.5 litre engine that delivers 118 bhp, or a hybrid version of the same engine that provides 90 bhp.
