RH Claydon opening warehouse in Carlisle

BKT supplier and family-run tyre wholesaler RH Claydon (RHC) has announced the official opening date of its new depot in Carlisle’s Kingmoor Park North enterprise zone. From Monday 1 August the site will be open for deliveries and collections between 8 am and 5:30 pm Monday and for collection 9 am to 12 pm Saturdays. This depot is the company’s eighth site and will allow a greater coverage of the north and border areas.

The depot’s 30,000 square feet of storage capacity will allow a full product range to be held on-site. Brands currently stocked by RHC include BKT, Kumho TBR, Triangle OTR & TBR, Maxxis ATV & UTV. The wholesaler says the new depot is part of its mission to “continually move closer to the customer providing an unrivalled delivery service to the tyre industry.”

“I am so pleased to finally see the doors opening on our latest site in Carlisle,” states Josh Webster, RHC’s sales manager for the North and Scotland. “It’s been a few years in the making, this new site at Carlisle will see us become even stronger in our service offer, something we all at RHC believe is more important than ever.”
