Hankook Tire accelerating digital development with Rescale partnership

For the past ten years, Hankook Tire has incorporated tailored analysis and simulation software into its tyre development programme. This software is set to gain a performance boost through a new partnership with high performance computing (HPC) cloud simulation platform Rescale.

The partnership will facilitate work with digital twins, the virtual prototypes or representations of physical, real-world tyres. Rescale will accelerate digital twins in the HPC cloud platform and further optimise operational efficiency.

Rescale helps companies use design software and run HPC infrastructure through corporate system or cloud. Its computing resources are scalable and the Rescale platform can improve R&D workflows based on multi-cloud. Seven of the ten top global automotive manufacturers and 200 of the top Fortune 500 companies in the USA utilise Rescale solutions.
