CAM appoints vehicle leasing sector veteran as customer success manager
CAM has appointed Dan Mallier as its new customer success manager. The automotive servicing digital systems provider says Mallier will work closely with its customers to understand their strategic direction. He will then ensure CAM’s products will support the achievement of their objectives.
Dan has more than 20 years’ experience working predominantly in the leasing and contract hire sector. Most recently, he was director of online at the UK’s leading solutions provider to the fleet and automotive industry. There, he was instrumental in the company’s growth from market entry, as it became the largest fleet admin and fines processor in UK, managing more than one million vehicles.
Chris Allen, head of product & people at CAM, says: “Dan’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company when we are expanding and developing our product portfolio to align with our customers’ growth ambitions. It’s a partnership and that means ensuring that CAM’s products grow and evolve alongside our customers’ businesses.”
Dan Mallier adds: “My role is dedicated to ensuring customer success. It’s essential to understand our customers and their businesses in detail. To do this, I am really going to get under the skin of how they’re using CAM’s products in their wider ecosystem. I’m going to be on site working hand in hand with our customers, hearing and seeing their experiences first hand, and ensuring their requirements are fed back to our team of product owners.”
