GaragesNear.Me makes successful exhibition debut

GaragesNear.Me, a car service and repair booking platform, has hailed its first national show, The UK Garage & Bodyshop Event at the NEC in Birmingham, as “a fantastic success.”

The company hosted a variety of visitors on its stand, introducing itself to garages visiting the show and encouraging them to join up to the platform, which many did.

Signing up to the consumer garage booking platform is completely free, with no registration or annual fees, and just 10 per cent of the proceeds on a per-booking basis going to GaragesNear.Me, a modern booking solution and a 24/7 data-driven quotation and booking portal, makes it a win-win situation for both parties, says GaragesNear.Me’s UK managing director, Martin Pring.

The signing up process was able to take place at the show as it only takes five minutes for garages to fill out their information and what services they offer, once this has been input, the work will come to them.

Said Pring: “We were thrilled with how busy we were and the visitors that we met were the decision makers of the garages, so we were able to sign them up straight away and learn some valuable insights about how they run their business.

“We still have follow up calls and meetings to make but overall, the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event was a huge success for us.”
