LAMMA debut for Ascenso with BA Bush

Appointed exclusive UK market distributor of Ascenso tyres in spring 2021, BA Bush & Son officially launched the agricultural tyre brand at the LAMMA farming show earlier this month. It is supplying Ascenso products to UK customers through both BAB Distribution (Trade) as well as 25 retail locations.

The BA Bush and Ascenso Tyres UK team brought an array of tyres to LAMMA, ranging from large tractor tyres to smaller implement and trailer tyres. These included exclusive new patterns such as the FTR 170 and MIR 220, which will both be available in the UK later this year. BA Bush’s agricultural tyre experts were also on hand at LAMMA to talk though the vast Ascenso range on offer and to discuss farmers’ requirements.

Ascenso aims to provide farmers and farming contractors with long-lasting tyres that are specifically designed for a range of agricultural applications and for a variety of conditions. Ascenso also caters for industrial, construction, earthmoving and forestry applications.

BA Bush has rolled the brand out to tyre dealers across the UK as part of its Ascenso Dealer Program. Dealers are already signed up in the East of England, Wales, North West, Scotland and even the Shetland Islands. In addition, it is supplying Ascenso tyres to the OE2 market.

Second to none

“The initial feedback from customers we have fitted tyres for has been very positive and the product quality and finish looks second to none. We are extremely excited to be working with Ascenso going forward, to develop the brand further in the UK market,” says Tom Bush, director at BA Bush & Son Ltd.

The distributor’s team reports a great response at LAMMA, gaining substantial interest in the new brand from farmers, contractors and dealers. BA Bush was also pleased to be joined by Ascenso representative Sumit Khare, sales president at Ascenso Tyres, who flew over specially for the event.

BA Bush and Ascenso plan to return to LAMMA in January 2023.
