New Alliance distribution partner for Sweden

Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT) has an additional partner in Sweden. In addition to its four-decade old strategic partnership with NDI, the tyre maker is now also working with Broson Wheels. Introducing its new partner, YOHT shares that Broson Wheels is the “market leader of the OE2 business and leading supplier of tyres, rims, wheels and accessories for off-highway vehicles in Sweden.”

According to YOHT, collaborating with Broson Wheels enables agricultural, forestry and construction sector customers in Sweden to obtain the full range of Alliance tyres. “NDI is a key player in the Nordics and has a very strong position in the market. Together with Broson Wheels’ experience and reputation in the OE business in Sweden, we all see excellent opportunities for further growth of the Alliance brand in the Swedish agro-tyre market,” says Ole Baek, head of sales for Northern Europe at YOHT.

Broson Wheels has a long history of suppling the Swedish original equipment market with fitted wheel units and is looking forward to working with with YOHT to distribute the Alliance brand. “Alliance has one of the biggest ranges in the market and has an enormous potential, we feel honoured to take on the task,” says Andreas Palmgren, chief executive officer at Broson Wheels AB. “We are looking forward to filling this new partnership with life and providing our customers with YOHT’s top tyre technology.”

Existing distributor NDI is also positive about the new arrangement. Allan Pedersen, the company’s chief commercial officer, states: “NDI Group A/S has a very strong market position within the agriculture aftermarket in Sweden, and we see a strong synergy in the new Alliance collaboration with the opportunity to further increase awareness of the quality products from Alliance.”
