Giti, GT Radial Italian distributor hosts top dealers on track in Livigno

Italy-based Magri Gomme has hosted 2021’s best performing Giti and GT Radial customers at a celebratory event at the ski resort of Livigno. Dealers were given the opportunity to try out the brands’ latest winter tyres at Livigno Ice Driving School, including the GT Radial IcePro3, GT Radial WinterPro2 Sport, and the new GitiWinterW2.

The tests highlighted the tyres’ winter performance, including the ability to react to steering and reduced braking distances even at very low temperatures on extreme surfaces, Giti says. The new management, led by executive manager Giovanni Masinelli, of the Magri Group also presented its marketing-oriented strategy for the brands, which play a central role in its commercial offering. The

Magri Group uses selective product distribution principles of all of its products, including the Giti and GT Radial brands, to ensure the best chance for sales success.

Masinelli said: “From the track to the point of sale, the Magri Group and Giti Tire look forward to 2022 with great optimism, with the clear aim of supporting each other to ensure the achievement of their goals in the market.”
