GaragesNear.Me goes commission-free until 2022

Online booking system GaragesNear.me has announced it is going commission-free until at least the end of 2021. The platform is waiving its 10 per cent fee to encourage more bookings and build on its success. This means the site is completely free to garages.

GaragesNear.Me reportst that the site is “enjoying continued rapid growth month-on-month, with a network of over 270 leading trusted garages throughout the UK”. Its core goal is to provide online, real-time manufacturer data-driven service and repair pricing to motorists.

The network recently rolled out Google Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing activity to strengthen its digital marketing objectives and raise awareness. And the brand is continuing to make more improvements to the site as part of its strategy to scale up its marketing activity later this month.

The platform uses its own pricing engine, generating accurate job quotes in real-time, based on vehicle-specific parts requirements and repair times, as well as garages’ own labour times and discounts. There are no listing fees for garages up front.

According to the company, garages can join the GaragesNear.me network free of charge.
