E-CUBE’s 4th generation mobile service unit helps TMG extend global reach
Netherlands based TechnoMarketing Group (TMG) wants to add UK to expanding list of territories in 2022
The E-CUBE mobile tyre service unit’s fourth generation has been introduced into global markets, as its manufacturer looks to expand its distribution network further. The pandemic has resulted in a considerable uptick in mobile auto servicing, as motorists adapted to new patterns of work and commuting. With many auto servicing companies upgrading or expanding their service van fleets, there is an opportunity for suppliers of small-footprint, transportable equipment suitable for this purpose. The E-CUBE 48-volt lightweight mobile tyre fitting and servicing unit, manufactured and distributed globally by Netherlands based Technomarketing Group (TMG) is one option ready to capitalise on the rise in popularity of mobile servicing.
The E-CUBE is now in its fourth generation, and compact enough to fit easily inside any tyre service vehicle, according to TMG. The latest E-CUBE improves safety for technicians fitting tyres, as it can be operated with vehicle doors closed during operation to eliminate outside fumes and noises. The unit additionally provides the option of being operated in either a semi or fully automatic mode for tyres up to 24 inches.
The E-CUBE features a pneumatic helper arm, digital start and stop inflation system, a motorised/hand spin, touchscreen router, PC pneumatic spindle, automatic insert and retractable bead press rollers, a wheel rest for ergonomic positioning, battery management system and monitoring module, 60ft air tank, an emergency charge solution for stranded vehicles and a 9 bar/1.1kw compressor.
Ralph Dubbeldam, managing director of TMG says: “Despite pandemic restrictions we have achieved significant success around the world but now we are looking for the right opportunity to launch to the UK market in the early part of 2022. As we have already received encouraging interest from both tyre distributors and retailers.”
Dubbeldam continues: “E-CUBE is now in its fourth design generation and this year this highly successful and popular product has further accelerated its status in the market during the second quarter of this year including the confirmation of two new distributors being confirmed in New Zealand, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Therefore, despite a very challenging current economic climate TMG has maintained its annual target for 2021 already by June which is very encouraging.
“It is also encouraging to acknowledge that our customer base continues to increase as although our typical E-CUBE sales momentum is focused on traditional tyre service units… Also leading international tyre producer Nexen are currently moving forward their current introduction of their Nexen Next Level Go Associate Dealer Project in partnership with E-CUBE to ultimately service their VIP clients.”
