BKT launches new L-5 size of Earthmax SR 51 wheel loader tyre

BKT has introduced a new 875/65 R29 L-5 size in its Earthmax SR 51 range. The manufacturer says the extra-deep tread offers excellent cut and puncture protection and longer wear life. The new 65 series OTR tyre line has been designed for wheel loaders working in aggressive applications, such as highly abrasive rock quarries and landfills.

The Earthmax SR 51 also features an extra sidewall protection for exceptional traction and durability. Its strong all-steel structure and cut resistant compounds help increase productivity and operating hours, preventing downtime due to tyre damage. Its low-profile design and reinforced beads offer improved stability, while the square-shaped shoulder laterally ejects gravel and reduces the risk of punctures.

The new 875/65 R 29 L-5 size is the latest addition to a range with sizes 17.5 R25, 20.5 R25, 23.5 R25, 29.5 R29, 35/65 R29 and 35/65 R33 models. All sizes feature the L-5 class tread with cut resistant compound, meeting global demand for such products. BKT’s Earthmax range, consisting of 20 different products, covers a broad range of applications for dump trucks, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, and some multi-purpose vehicles.
