USA: Nexen Tire begins Ducks ice hockey sponsorship
Nexen Tire has entered into a three-year partnership as exclusive tyre for the Anaheim Ducks, the California-based ice hockey club founded in 1993 as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. The exclusive tyre arrangement also covers Honda Center, the Ducks’ home stadium.
More than 1.3 million Ducks fans across Southern California and millions of television viewers in every major North American market will be exposed to a wide variety of Nexen Tire branding for each of the team’s regular season and playoff home games, as will people attending other concerts and sporting events at the Honda Center. Furthermore, every season more than 1.4 million Ducks social media followers will be able to watch the Nexen Tire High-Performance Play of the Week, an online recap of the Ducks’ best recent plays.
