Nynas appoints three new board members

Nynas has appointed three new board members following the resignations of Bernd Schmidt, Rami Farah, and Mohamed Idriss.

During an Extraordinary General Meeting reported on 23 August 2021, the following new directors of the board were appointed by the company’s major shareholder Davidson Kempner.

Anthony Place, an independent director bringing over 25 years experience;   Stein Ivar Bye, an independent director bringing 30 years experience (including work with ExxonMobil, Preem and Essar Oil); and Alexis Pourchet: a representative of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, with 20 years experience.
