Trelleborg doubles range available via its Lydney wheel systems warehouse

Trelleborg Wheel Systems has taken steps to expand its stock and warehousing operation in Lydney, Gloucestershire in order to offer faster shipping across the UK. According to the company, the site previously only held Trelleborg’s range of material handling and earthmover tyres. Now it houses the Trelleborg’s entire range of agricultural tyres, allowing the company to store twice as many products and offer immediate delivery on a wider variety than ever before.

Richard Lyons, managing director UK and ROI at Trelleborg Wheel Systems, commented: “Here in the UK, we’ve maintained our focus on the customers by improving our services, allowing them to receive their orders faster. By shipping all our products from one place, we ensure a streamlined process that means our customers receive the tyres they need as quickly and easily as possible.”

In addition to warehousing, the Lydney site will continue its bespoke wheel manufacturing operations.
