Falken Ziex Ecorun tyre factory fitment on Audi hybrid

Falken has announced that its Ziex ZE310A Ecorun AO tyre has been approved as factory fitment on the Audi A3 TFSI e hybrid, in size 205/55 R16 V XL. The tyre’s ability to bear high loads, together with good traction and rolling resistance characteristics makes it ideal for today’s electric and hybrid vehicles, says Falken.

“Mobility is undergoing a period of change with increased demand for tyres suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles. I am therefore very pleased that our products fulfil the demands for innovative and safe tyres for both OE and aftermarket,” says Christian Stolting, key account manager OE at Falken Tyre Europe.

For the retrofit market, the Ziex ZE310 Ecorun tyre is available in 124 sizes from 14 – 19 inches in 35 – 70 series and is approved for speed ratings of H/V/W (210 – 270 km/h).
