Toyo Tires appoints new GM for Africa & Middle East Sales Division

Shoji Hirao is the new division general manager at Toyo Tires for the company’s Europe, Africa & Middle East Sales Division. He began in this role on 1 June, joining the tyre maker from the Japan Automobile Tyre Manufacturers Association.

Hirao succeeds Kenta Kuribayashi as division general manager. Kuribayashi remains president of Toyo Tire Europe GmbH as well as president of Toyo Tire Serbia d.o.o. Beograd and chairman and chief executive officer of Toyo Tire RUS LLC.
