TyreOps launches integrated tyre business software solution
At the start of November 2020, TyreOps officially launched its web and app-based tyre software solution. Seven months later, TyreOps is just about to come out of beta testing and has eight customers and several more prospects.
According to the company, TyreOps offers “a revolutionary way for tyre service providers to manage and action all aspects of their operations and to connect with other businesses and their systems, from wholesalers to manufacturers eliminating any re-keying of data, both from paper or between systems.”
The company’s founders, who have experience of writing fleet software for some of the best-known tyre manufacturers out there, are positive about TyreOps’ growth prospects: “I am so proud of what we’ve created. TyreOps is in a great position to disrupt the industry and digitally transform tyre businesses, resolving issues that have been unresolved for over a decade”, said Joe Stapleton, founder and director of TyreOps, adding: “I’m honoured to say we have built a system using both our expertise of many years in the industry and iterations from Tyre Businesses large and small, who have been providing us with valuable insights for over a year on everything they need in a system. I am supported by a team of incredibly dynamic individuals who have the wealth of a 360 degree knowledge across the entire industry, from the users and the processes, to the technology. Our first-class technical skills have enabled us to focus on what the industry has been missing from software as a solution, providing a sophisticated and agile platform for all of our users.”
Key complaints the TyreOps team aim to address are: that they have to use multiple systems and that most systems currently available still have too many shortfalls. Because of this feedback, the main features of TyreOps include the ability to: Manage Jobs, Inspections, Stock Control (including a mobile application-based stock check facility), COP Stock, Casing Returns, and Accountancy operations seamlessly, and have them communicate with one another under a single system; Significantly reduce admin time and save costs with TyreOps Tyre Network feature, allowing you to sync with other service providers using TyreOps or third party systems; and the ability to connect with other service providers and tyre manufacturers in order to undertake work on their behalf, whilst providing full visibility of the entire process.
As a result, company representatives report, that TyreOps is live with several companies utilising the system to manage all of their operations, looping in feedback and available at a price point that is better “value than other systems today”.
