Cooper Tire Europe launches new dealer portal
Cooper Tire Europe has launched a dealer portal for its customers. The new website combines and enhances the tyre manufacturer’s existing digital tools, presenting dealers with a single point of contact for various customer-facing functions. From the portal dealers will be able to access brand assets, news and newsletters, and Cooper’s E-University for contactless product training on demand – all with a single login. Cooper said the portal marks “an important step” in its efforts to become “the most user-friendly customer and consumer facing tyre manufacturer to work with.”
The previously standalone brand portal is now incorporated within the dealer portal. Cooper will send proactive communications to customers when new content is available, helping them keep abreast of the latest updates. Assets include product photographs, brand images, videos, logos, brand guidelines and more.
In addition to showcasing the latest news via the homepage, customers will be able to sign up for regular newsletters. Future communications will include notifications on new content, a quarterly roundup of assets available on the portal, information about product updates and releases, and the latest corporate news.
The E-University presents modules including basic training, sales and business advice, and individual product guides. Cooper said it will add a series of new videos featuring ultra-high performance and safety ambassador David Coulthard in 2021.
Initially published in English, the Dealer Portal is to be available in German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.
