Yazd Rubber ups tyre output
Iranian tyre manufacturer Yazd Rubber Industries has completed a capacity expansion project at its tyre manufacturing facility in Yazd.
The company has invested around 49 million euros in the project launched three years ago, according to various news sources. As a result of the work, the factory car and light truck tyre production capacity has increased by 3000 tyres up to 12 thousand tyres a day. As part of the expansion, three new tyre builders and 10 curing presses were installed at the plant.
Yazd Tire was established in 1985. The factory manufactures tyres and tyre tubes for bicycles, motorcycles and passenger cars under the Yazd Tire brand and has achieved a number of local OE supply contracts.
