Sailun celebrates 18th anniversary with top 20 position
If Sailun tyres were a person, we would be celebrating the company’s coming of age, but for the tyre manufacturer 18 years in business marks another milestone.
Founded on 18 November 2002, the Sailun tyre brand has demonstrated strong growth during less than two decades. Indeed, having passed its 18th anniversary during the last month or so, Sailun is celebrating its respectable 17th position in our global tyre manufacturer ranking. As Sailun approaches the start of its third decade in business, the company’s range of passenger car and truck tyres is distributed globally, serving millions of customers in all major regions across the world.
In Europe, sales figures have reportedly reached a stable seven million tyres and continue growing. TÜV certification, fleet testimonials and reports of “a very high customer satisfaction index” are given as the reasons why. Moving forward, company representatives say that “the years ahead will see an intensified approach to key markets including smart products, customer co-operations” as well as a programme of brand building marketing activities.
