Nokian names new MD for 5 European markets

Rudolf Perner is now heading up Nokian Tyres’ operation in a number of Central European markets. The company recently reported that as managing director of Nokian Tyres GmbH, Perner took on responsibility for operations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark and the Netherlands as of 1 August 2020. His focus in the coming years will centre upon growing Nokian’s business in Germany and Central Europe, and the company foresees that the development and expansion of its dealer network in this region will play a key role here.

Perner held various management positions prior to joining Nokian Tyres GmbH, most recently as managing director at Arla Foods.
