GRI launches new website
GRI has upgraded its website (www.gritires.com). Now, according to the company, it features “streamlined navigation and recognizes the farmers, construction workers and forklift operators who move the world.”
One purportedly unique feature of the website is its tyre finder tool which matches agriculture, construction and material handling tyres according to its application, rim size, tyre size and pattern. With this customers can pull up information such as tyre life, load-carrying capacity, ground stability as well as technical details to quickly assess if a particular product fits their needs. The detailed product catalogue enables easier search, allowing for transparency and business ease for an interested customer. A world of information can be availed with ease and the technical details are demarcated according to the
specifications of different global markets. In line with its global focus, the website is also available in eight languages.
“GRI prides itself on its customer-centric focus and we listened to understand the requirements of our distributors as well as our end-users. We feel the newly launched website will operate as an informative portal for all. The launch of our new site allows customers to understand the quality of research and innovation a Sri Lankan company with a global vision is truly capable of. We have also introduced new features for customers to find the best fit for their agriculture, construction and material handling tyre needs,” stated Dr Mahesha Ranasoma, CEO of GRI.
“The purpose behind the tone, look and feel of the upgraded website is to better provide information, tools and resources which will assist our customers to make informed decisions and to showcase the ways in which GRI is at the forefront in its industry. GRI is dedicated to inspiring greatness. The website aligns with GRI’s emphasis on future growth and expansion and will help us fulfil changing customer needs and achieve our core business objectives,” said Prabhash Subasinghe, MD of GRI.
