Kenda Knarly tyres now available in UK via Cambrian
The new Kenda Knarly extreme enduro tyre is now available in the UK via well-known two-wheel tyre specialist wholesaler Cambrian Tyres.
Developed in conjunction with top US pro riders, the road legal Knarly features a soft compound front and supersoft compound rear designed to tackle the very toughest of obstacles.
The new tyre has already been showcased by multiple enduro champion Cody Webb, who used the Knarly in his recent victories at the Tough Like RORR and Bad Medicine Hard Enduro races in the USA aboard his factory Sherco machine.
The soft compound K777F Knarly front provides ample grip for soft, muddy extreme enduro events, and thanks to the open block spacing it offers enhanced self-clearing properties.
The K778 Knarly rear tyre comes in both 18 and 19-inch sizes and shares the same compound as Kenda’s famed Ibex. Unlike the Ibex, it meets FIM regulations for use in a wide range of enduro events, and offers race winning traction on roots, rocks and logs.
The new Knarly can be combined with other options in the Kenda range, including the Gauntlet soft, allowing riders to fine tune their setup to best match the terrain they are tackling.
Alongside the new Knarly, Cambrian have also welcomed two new junior Ibex tyres to their Kenda range in sizes 90/100-14 and 90/100-16. These two new additions can be combined with the current Millville II front tyre to give younger riders the competitive edge in junior extreme enduro type events.
A full range of Kenda off-road tubes in both adult and junior sizes is also now available from the wholesaler in three different grades. The standard tube is 1.3mm thick while the Tuff tube is 2.4mm thick. For maximum protection the Super Tuff comes in at 3.7mm thick.
