DTM launches tyre appointment-making equipped website
DTM (Direct Tyre Management) has launched a new website that enables users to book tyre assistance from any location at any time. According to the company, DTM specialises in delivering flexible and compliant tyre management solutions, tailored to your fleet.
“Exceeding the requirements of our customers is at the heart of our business. Our newly designed website underlines our company mantra, ‘clients-first’. DTM’s new site is very accessible, and it enables customers to get in touch with us whenever and wherever they need us,” commented Kelly Wayman, Operations Manager for DTM.
Apart from underlining DTM’s customer-focused philosophy, it also focusses on helping clients and network centres to manage and access their accounts. DTM’s online management information system portal presents data about tyre operations, supporting strategic decisions based. DTM’s nationwide service network and management reporting are designed to deliver compliance and transparency, company representatives explained.
DTM operates a nationwide network of over 2,200 tyre management centres, which are always available for planned tyre maintenance and tyre emergencies. DTM’s new website enables service network partners to log in directly online and access information.
