‘Business as usual’ for Hella UK
Despite the current unprecedented circumstances, Hella is reassuring its customers that it’s business as usual for them throughout this COVID-19 pandemic. While the sales team isn’t out visiting customers at the moment, the company still has its employees working behind the scenes. The warehouse is continuing to be supplied and products distributed to workshops.
“We are continuing to deliver the same high standard of customer service during this difficult time,” says Neil Grant, managing director of Hella UK. “While we have temporarily shut down our UK office and placed a proportion of our staff under the job retention scheme, the rest of the team are working from home and are still available to customers.
“As workshops are still allowed to remain open, we will ensure that we do the same, which allows technicians to do their jobs efficiently. There are so many people who depend on their vehicle and especially those key workers that the country is so reliant upon. We therefore want to make sure their cars are in roadworthy and safe condition so they do not have to worry about being immobile.”
