Protyre is ‘Platinum’ with Feefo

Protyre shares that it has secured Platinum status within the Feefo Trusted Service Awards for 2020, a category that the review and customer insights technology company added to its annual awards structure last month.

Feefo is an independent platform providing consumers with the opportunity to communicate their experiences with companies by leaving reviews related to their transactions. Consumers rate their experiences from one to five stars, with a single star representing a very negative experience and five stars a very positive experience. Protyre says the Feefo platform is a “great tool for customer engagement” and allows its team to either make improvements to, or retain elements of, the way it operates.

A total of 30,312 reviews over the past 12 months gave Protyre a customer service rating of 4.7/5; 24,786 or 81.8 per cent of reviews gave the company five stars.

To qualify for a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, companies must achieve the Gold Trusted Service Award for three years in a row. Protyre has become Platinum after gaining Gold status for four consecutive years.
