Nokian Tyres appoints new general counsel

On 26 February, Jaana Klinga will join Nokian Tyres as the company’s new General Counsel. She comes to the tyre maker from PwC Finland, where she worked for the previous four years as a partner and general counsel, and held overall responsibility for the firm’s legal matters and played a key role in its risk management and compliance. Klinga holds a Master of Laws degree from Helsinki University.

In her new role, Klinga will report to chief financial officer Teemu Kangas-Kärki and will act as a secretary to Nokian Tyres’ Group Management team and Board of Directors.
