Sailun Tyre introduces 6-year Sailun, RoadX truck tyre guarantee

Sailun Tyre has introduced a new six-year product guarantee on all of its Sailun and RoadX truck tyres. The guarantee is valid as of 1 November 2019. Janis Amolins, sales director, Sailun Group Europe, said the guarantee “underlines the confidence and belief we have in the quality, performance and durability of our tyres.”

The guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials applies to all replacement truck tyres used in road traffic and classified with the serial and DOT number. The guarantee is valid for the service life of the original tread depth up to the wear limit of 1.6mm. If the original tread wear is 2 mm or less, the refund will be 100 per cent of the Sailun purchase price. A guarantee claim under 2mm will result in a pro rata refund; Sailun will multiply the percentage of the remaining usable tread by the current Sailun purchase price at the time of submission of the claim to the Sailun Group.

Amolins added: “Sailun and RoadX tires are visibly better positioned for our customers. Our dealers will be offered a high-quality sales display, so that they can continue to successfully offer truck tires of the Sailun Group in their respective markets.”
