Goodyear certified ‘Top Employer UK’ for the sixth time

Goodyear has been recognized by the Top Employers Institute as a ‘Top Employer’ in the United Kingdom for the sixth time. This certification is granted on a yearly basis by the independent organisation Top Employers Institute to companies that dedicate themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive ‘people-first’ HR practices.

Goodyear received the prestigious certification in 11 other countries across its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region including Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. The company was also awarded with the ‘Top Employer Europe’ certification once again.

As an independent HR certification company, the Top Employers Institute assesses participants through their global HR Best Practices Survey. In order to be certified, organisations must successfully achieve the required minimum standard as set out by the Top Employers Institute and Goodyear has once again exceeded these requirements.
