Falken OE on Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid

Sumitomo Rubber reports that it has begun supplying Falken Ziex ZE001 A/S tyres to Subaru for its Crosstrek Hybrid model in the USA. This plug-in SUV model goes on sale in America this winter.

Among non-luxury brands, it’s one of just three plug-in hybrids on sale with all-wheel drive, according to Car and Driver.

Subaru’s new model hybrid combines the versatile off-road capabilities of the standard Crosstrek with the superior fuel efficiency of an advanced hybrid drive system.

According to Sumitomo Rubber, the Falken Ziex ZE001 A/S all-season tyre strikes a balance between high all-road performance and fuel efficiency to fulfil the performance needs of the Crosstrek Hybrid.
