Alliance Tire Group introduces 10 year warranty on certain agricultural tyres

Additional increases announced across the board to at least 7 years’ warranty on every ATG agricultural tyre

Alliance Tire Group (ATG) has doubled its warranty on specific agricultural radial steel belted tyres, introducing a new ten-year workmanship and materials warranty as of 1 January 2019. This makes the guarantee one of the longest warranty periods offered in the sector to date, the company adds. For all other ATG agricultural tyres, the warranty is now extended to seven years.

New warranties cover SKUs across ATG’s Alliance, Galaxy, Primex and other brands applicable to tractor, agricultural-transport, fronts, implements, harvester, row crop, and sprayer tyres. The new warranty includes 100 per cent adjustment within two years of use or up to 25 per cent tread wear, whichever is less.

ATG states that the announcement marks “a clear statement of confidence” in its research and development expertise, in the manufacturing quality of its production sites, and the back-up offered by its parent company, The Yokohama Rubber Co Ltd.
