Titan International appoints new CFO

David A. Martin is the new senior vice-president and chief financial officer at Titan International, Inc. His appointment took effect 14 June 2018, and the tyre maker shares that Martin has also assumed the additional role as the company’s principal financial officer. He reports directly to Paul Reitz, Titan International’s president and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Titan, Martin served from 1993 to 2018 in various roles at Aegion Corporation, a global company with over $1.3 billion in annual revenue in 2017. His roles there included serving as the company’s chief financial officer from 2007 to November 2017.

David Martin succeeds James Froisland as chief financial officer. On 16 April, Titan International announced its intention not to renew Froisland’s employment agreement after the expiry of its initial term in December 2018. Amy Evans, Titan International’s chief accounting officer, took over as chief financial officer on an interim basis on 2 May 2018.
