Progress Recruitment Solutions extends offices to meet rising demand
Progress Recruitment Solutions, the Norwich-based automotive recruitment specialist, has recently extended their head office in Norwich to accommodate their growing team.
Despite being just seven years old, the fast growing business founded by managing director Laura Rycroft now employs around 30 people.
The head office floor space has been increased by over 30 per cent to nearly 3,000 square feet as the permanent recruitment provider continues to grow.
Progress Recruitment work across all major automotive sectors including main dealer, vehicle manufacturer, bodyshop and independent garage. The business has developed quickly thanks to a commitment to innovation, strong work ethic and an ability to form productive lasting customer relationships.
Progress Recruitment has been nominated for a number of prestigious industry awards already and is an official partner of both vehicle manufacturers and trade associations.

Progress Recruitment Solutions was created to provide a service to the automotive and logistics sectors based on listening to and understanding specific client requirements.
Staying true to this straightforward commitment, dovetailed with a strong understanding of the motor trade gained in Laura’s earlier career, has proved to be a winning formula.
Progress Recruitment are working on a range of new projects currently, including the roll out of a training programme for MOT Testers aimed at addressing the long term challenges of sector skills shortages.
