Lukatec launches ROI-Tread HS 6011 cushion gum extruder

Brazilian retreading machinery manufacturer Lukatec has launched its latest cushion gum extruder, the ROI-Tread HS 6011 and has also introduced two further models, the Compact 6007 and 6005. These new products join the ROI-Tread M, 100M, 200M and 300M in the Lukatec range.

The modular concept of the ROI-Tread line allows customers to choose the model that best meets their production needs. There are more than seven models available, allowing the combination of cushion gum extrusion and building/stitching process in the same equipment. One of the highlights is the 200M model that combines one extruder with two builders/stitchers, providing greater production and significant reduction of non-productive times, positioning this equipment as the most efficient option on the market.

Every ROI-Tread model has the RPX smearing technology developed exclusively by Lukatec.
