Hankook Technodome gains ISO/IEC 17025 certification

Hankook Tire shares that its state-of-the-art research and development centre in South Korea, the Hankook Technodome, has been granted ISO/IEC 17025 certification from A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation).

ISO/IEC 17025 is the primary International Standard Organization standard used by testing and calibration laboratories. Suppliers and regulatory authorities in many countries will only accept results from facilities accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Hankook Tire states that this accreditation will aid its plan of expanding its original equipment tyre business.
