Dorland Clauzel leaving Michelin
Claire Dorland Clauzel, member of the Michelin Group’s Executive Committee and executive vice-president, Brands, Sustainable Development, Communications, Public Affairs and the Michelin Guide, has decided to end her career at Michelin, with effect from 31 March 2018, to pursue an entrepreneurial project.
In a statement released by Michelin today, Jean-Dominique Senard, chief executive officer of the Michelin Group, thanked Dorland Clauzel for her “valuable contribution to the development of the Group’s image over the last ten years.”
After holding positions within France’s Ministry of the Economy and Finance, Groupe Usinor and the AXA Group, Dorland Clauzel joined the Michelin Group in January 2008 as executive vice-president of Communication and Brands and as a member of the Group Executive Council. In June 2012, she also became responsible for Public Affairs, as well as Michelin Travel Partner and Michelin Lifestyle Ltd. In March 2017, she also took charge of sustainable development. She took on the role of executive vice-president, Brands and External Relations for the Michelin Group in January 2018.
