Hella adds 89 parts to range
Range expansion is a constant process for HELLA, one of the world’s leading original equipment (OE) component and system suppliers, and with the addition of 89 new-to-range (NTR) products for passenger car, light commercial vehicle (LCV) and workshop applications, HELLA continues to further equip the workshop.
The range extension has a particular bias toward sensors, which reflects their growing influence in the modern vehicle. Many of these are HELLA manufactured products that further emphasise the company’s core OE competence and the importance it places on developing the three key design areas of emissions, safety and comfort. These latest additions include boost pressure, brake booster, exhaust pressure, intake manifold pressure, particle and wheel speed sensors.
Six new exhaust pressure sensors are included for such vehicles as the SEAT Leon ST, Skoda Superb II estate and Renault Kangaroo Express. Further additions include wheel sensors, which have six NTR references for Fiat Qubo 2008, Mercedes-Benz Vito 2003, Renault Clio III 2005 and Renault Laguna II 2001 amongst others.
HELLA has also added particle sensors for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Citroen Nemo estate, Fiat Doblo and Mercedes-Benz R Class, with six references joining the range.
Thermostats make-up the largest single product in the update with 28 references, which include the Chevrolet Cruze, Honda CR-V II, Nissan Cefiro II hatchback and VW Golf VI. Moreover, two new EGR valves for the Peugeot Boxer and the Peugeot 508 SW have also been added.
Other notable additions include 25 relays and four headlights for a variety of vehicles, as well as a 12-V LED daytime running light and a combination rear light lens, highlighting HELLA’s commitment to continue to offer its customers unrivalled market coverage across all sectors.
Finally, HELLA has also introduced worklight Q90c, a powerful 12-24V LED unit that when fitted to agricultural and construction vehicles, provides excellent illumination around the vehicle when working in challenging conditions such as rain and fog or in the dark.
