Nakayama named Yokohama Rubber’s motorsport manager
As of November, Yokohama Rubber has a new global motorsport manager. Minoru Nakayama took on this position earlier this month, succeeding long-time incumbent Naoki Ando.
Prior to his appointment to this motorsport role, Nakayama was chief advisor, corporate strategy and product planning at US subsidiary Yokohama Tire Corporation, a position he’d held since March 2011. Before this, he was employed by the Yokohama Asia Co., Ltd. subsidiary.
